The rent case called same is fixed for hearing on application filed by applicant / landlord i.e. U/s 16 (1) SRPO, 1979 wherein right of opponent on filing objection on U/s 16 (1) SRPO, 1979 was debarred dated: 08.01.2026 and learned counsel for opponent filed an application to recall earlier order. Today learned counsel for opponent is present along with copy of objection which he have to file objection on application U/s 16 (1) SRPO same is received by applicant counsel.
