Case called, Zulfiqar, Sadoro and Muhammad Murad are absconders and declared as Pos. DDPP for the state is present. Complainant Gul Muhammad is present, no other PW is present. Case proceeded. D/O complainant Gul Muhammad recorded at Ex.4 and he produced FIR R&R at Ex.4-A. The DDPP for the state closed the side of prosecution vide statement at Ex.5 with prayer to keep the case on dormant file, till their arrest or surrender. Heard. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.6 that the case against above named absconding accused be kept on dormant file, till the time they are arrested and produced or surrender before the Court of law. |
