Case called. Accused Hussain, Ali Bux and Maqbool are produced in custody from DP Larkana. While accused Abdullah is absconder. DDPP for the state is present. Proclamation 87 Cr.PC issued against the accused is returned unserved as per endorsement of process server. The statement of the process server is recorded at Ex.2. He produced copy of proclamation, separate endorsement, memo and entry at Ex.2/A to 2/D. Reply of attachment u/s 88 Cr.PC is received from Mukhtiarkar taluka Larkana at Ex.3. Order on it. File. Order u/s 512 Cr.PC is passed at Ex.4. The absconding accused Abdullah is declared as PO. The PS copies of relevant case papers are supplied to accused at Ex.5. Put off to 28.4.2026 for charge. Accused are sent back to custody to be produced before the court of Honourable Sessions Court Larkana on next date of hearing. |
