It is reflected from the record that this execution filed on passing of preliminary decree against the Judgement debtor and the Connected family suit bearing No. 375/2024 is also pending and fix today, wherein none has appeared from J/d side. At 11.00 A.M work also suspended by KBA. This execution application also fixed on 25-08-2026, therefore this case also fix on same date for service upon J/d through the above said family suit. |
