Illegal Dispossession U/S 3 & 4 Act,2005 called. Complainant and his counsel are present. Report is received from S.H.O of P.S Shahpurchakar. Order passed thereon. In fact, the SHO PS: Shahpurchakar was directed to have conducted investigation and submitted report but he has not submitted clean & crystal cut report. It means he has not conducted investigation. Anyhow he is strictly directed to conduct fair investigation and submit fresh report in person. Today he is absent and submitted report through HC Muhammad Ismail, though SHO was directed to have appear in person. Copy of letter be sent to SSP, Sanghar.
