This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Tanveer Ahmed Khuhawar advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Sulleman @ Dado @ Muhammad Sulleman, 02-Nawab @ Nawab Ali, 03-Arbab @ Arbab Ali, 04-Ahmed Ali, 05-Imam Ali all three sons of Abdul Rahman, 06-Abdul Rahman son of Sulleman all by caste Markhand, 07-Ghulam Abass son of Muhammad Bakhsh Boohar, in Crime No.17/2026 of PS B-Section Shahdadkot for offence U/S 337-Ai,504,506/2,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 26.03.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. While applicant/accused Imam Ali Markhand has not furnish the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
