The marriage of plaintiff with defendant is hereby dissolved by way of Khula in lieu of dower amount. In Para No. 05 of written statement defendant showed his willingness for handing over the dowry article of plaintiff and plaintiff is also ready for taking over of same. Counsel for the plaintiff given no objection in para no. 05 of written statement. Case is adjourned to 16.02.2025 for compliance. (1) The Bailiff of this court is appointed as commissioner for handing over and taking over of dowry articles from the house of defendant to plaintiff on 10.02.2026 and further directed to prepare an inventory, obtain signatures of both parties and their witnesses and the same report shall submit on next date of hearing. The commissioner fee is fixed Rs.2000/- which will be paid to commissioner by the both parties equally. (2) Let the preliminary decree be prepared accordingly. |
