Received R&Ps of Sessions case from the court of Honourable Sessions Judge Ghotki for disposal according to law. The learned ADPP for the State is present and he has submitted statement for keeping the case on dormant file till the arrest of the accused persons, which is taken on record (Exh 04). Arguments heard. Order passed on separate sheet and announced. Let the case against the accused persons be kept on dormant file till their arrest/surrendered. However, perpetual warrants against them be issued for 12.11.2026. |
