IO recorded her statement at Exh.02 she produced her report along with all correspondents at Exh.02/a to Exh.02/i. Order is passed thereon. Accused person above named does not appear before this Court on the specified date and time. Under the circumstances as stated above it also appears that the accused person has avoided from his arrest and there is no immediate prospect of his arrest in near future hence, accused person namely Imtiyaz Ahmed Qureshi S/o Muhammad Haroon stands declared as proclaimed offender and his case is KEPT ON DORMANT FILE the same can be reopened as and when the accused person above name is arrested. Issue perpetual warrant against above named accused person. Issue letters to State Bank of Pakistan & NADRA to freeze her bank accounts in his name & impound CNICs of above named accused person.
