Received R&Ps of Sessions case from the court of Honourable Sessions Judge Ghotki for disposal according to law. Accused (1) Soobro son of Sachal (2) Akhtiar son of Babal (3) Hadi Bux son of unknown (5) Sultan son of unknown (6) Ali Dost son of Ali Gohar (7) Ghosu son of Ali Khan and (8) Safhal son of Ali Gohar all by caste Sundrani are absconding and declared as proclaimed offenders. The learned ADPP for the State is present and he has submitted statement for keeping the case on dormant file till the arrest of the accused persons, which is taken on record (Exh 04).
