Since, the complainant being father and mother of deceased have categorically stated that they have also no objection, if the absconding accused namely Abdul Rehman @ Ibraheem and Faiz Muhammad, are acquitted in absentia, as they have patched up with them outside the Court, hence, proceeding against the absconding accused would be futile exercise, therefore, the accused namely Abdul Rehman @ Ibraheem and Faiz Muhammad, both by caste Nindwani, are hereby acquitted in absentia, let such intimation be sent to the concerned P.S for deleting their names from the list of absconders/P.Os. |
