??Cr. Petition called. None is present from applicant/petitioner side. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Report received from both PS viz. Rizvia Karachi. From perusal of contents of such reports, submitted by the SHO concerned reveals that when the enquiry officer contacted with the applicant/petitioner in respect of the aforementioned petition, but he deliberately avoiding the calls and is not responding.???????????? Today i.e.24.09.2026 matter called, neither applicant/petitioner appeared nor his counsel is present till 01:50 PM which shows that applicant/petitioner and his counsel are not interested to proceed the instant Cr. Misc. application, even having the knowledge of pendency of instant petition.In view of above facts & circumstances, this Court has no other option except to dismiss instant Cr. Misc. Application in default for non-prosecution. |
