Consequently, for findings on points No.1 supra I am of firm view that prosecution proved truth of charge against present accused to the hilt, thus I am convinced to convict him in terms of section 265-H (ii) Cr.P.C for offence punishable U/S 324, 353, 368 R/W Section 365 & 149 PPC so he stands sentenced as under;-For offence punishable u/s 324 PPC R/W section 149 PPC with R.I for ten years as Ta???azir and to pay fine of RS.2,00,000/- (Two lac rupees only) and in case of default he will also undergo imprisonment for two years more.R.I for two years for offence punishable u/s 353 PPC and to pay fine of Rs.50,000/- and in case of default he will also undergo for imprisonment of six months.For offence punishable U/S 368 PPC read with section 365 PPC to undergo R.I for seven years and to pay fine of Rs.10,00,000/- (One million only) in lump sum. In case of non payment of fine convict will undergo imprisonment for one year more.The sentence of imprisonment so awarded will run concurrently and benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C extended to the convict. Present accused (now convict) who has not been produced under custody due to SOPs laid down by Honourable High Court of Sindh, has been linked today through video link and this Judgment has been pronounced in his due presence as well as in presence of the learned defense counsel in open court.
