In case of default in payment of fine, he shall undergo S.I for two months more. The benefit under section 382-B Cr.P.C is also extended to him as of his right from the date of his arrest. Let a copy of this judgment and conviction warrant be sent to the concerned jail authority with directions to supply him the same free of cost and keep him in jail for serving out the aforesaid in accordance with law.
