Crl. Misc: Application u/s 491 Cr.P.C called. Applicant Abdul Karim Chandio is present in person. The alleged detainues have not been recovered by the SHO PS Sita Road. The SHO PS Sita Road submitted his reports. Order passed on the report. Since respondents are resident of village Sobho Chandio, which comes within jurisdiction of PS Sita Road, it proves that SHO has disobjeyed the order, hence issue show cause notice to the SHO and also repeat rule Nisei. Matter put off to 10-10-2026 for recovery of alleged detainees/reply of show cause notice/hearing. The applicant is informed. |
