The applicants/accused (1). Mst. Iffat, (2). Mst. Shazia, (3). Mst. Shama, (4). Ahmed Hussain and (5). Mst. Haseena were admitted on interim pre-arrest bail vide Order dated 28-10-2025 passed by this Court subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.5000/- each; with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The applicants/accused are present. One Sajid Ahmed S/o Allah Ditta appeared who stood surety for applicants/accused named above and furnished Special Savings Certificates bearing Nos.782840-41 worth of Rs.10,000/- each and Specical Savings Certificate bearing No.FC750162 worth of Rs.5000/- as surety. Order passed on surety affidavit. Surety in the sum of Rs.5000/- each; with P.R Bond in the like amount is accepted provisionally; subject to verification. Office is directed to send the surety documents for verification and mortgage. Matter is already fixed on 05-11-2025 for confirmation or otherwise. The applicants/accused are directed to attend the Court on date of hearing. |
