FIR called.SHO PS Mirpur mathelo sent summary under C class. ADPP is present.Complainant is present and filed application for satisfication with investigation.order on it.Heard.order passed and announced in open court. For what has been discussed above I am of the considered opinion that there is no any material to take cognizance of the offence, hence Final report is here by approved under C Class as recommended by SHO PS MPM. Since F.I.R is disposed of, so accused persons are hereby discharged so also their surety, if any. Let the order be sent to SHO concerned Police Station for keeping the same in relevant record.
