Matter is fixed for arguments on application U/s 12 of G&W. Arguments on the application under Section 12 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 were heard from both learned counsel. The applicant, opponents, and minors Alisha and Muhammad Zuhaib Amir were also heard in person. After examining the record and considering the welfare of the minors, the application for interim custody was dismissed. However, the applicant/mother was granted visitation rights.
