G&W Application called. Applicant alongwith his Counsel is present. None appeared from Respondent side. On last date of hearing learned Counsel for Applicant submitted Delivery report of TCS, which shows that notice was received by Mst. Shahnaz who according to Applicant is his Ex-mother in law. Today, Bailiff has submitted report, which reveals that notice has been received by Mst. Mehak who according to Applicant is his Ex-sister in law and same was pasted in presence of two (2) witnesses (copy of CNICs of witnesses are enclosed). Learned Counsel for Applicant argued that Applicant has already apprised such concern at Para-7 of memo of Application that minors are left un-attended with his Ex-mother in law and minor namely Muhammad Ali has been put out of school and Respondent has abundant the minors and left for U.S.A. hence requested that police aid may be allowed for production of minors before this Court. Such submissions are heard and since work is suspended today therefore; coercive measures is not taken and Applicant is required to issue notice to Respondent through remaining modes. Matter is adjourned to 08-10-2026 for service through remaining modes and consideration of service. |
