Family suit called.plaintiff NO;1 is present along with her counsel.defendant is called absent but his counsel is present and filed adjournment application. Order on it. Defendant on 14.5.2026 appeared along with his counsel and matter was adjourned to 21.5.2026, 15.6.2026 but till yet neither defendant filed written statement nor objections on application for interim maintenance. Today defendant is called absent but advocate for defendant is present and request for time to file objections and ws. Heard Advocate for plaintiff and perused the material.order passed on application for interim maintenance. As per plaint the plaintiff No:3 baby mehreen is aged about 17 years and studying in class First year, it is observed that Father/defendant is bound to maintain his daughter until she is married and nothing has been bought on record that Baby Mehreen gul has been married and plaintiff no:4 Samar Ali aged about 13 years studying in class Nine. The plaintiff No:1 being their mother is maintaining them since 2015. Hence the defendant is directed to pay Rs: 10,000/= each per month for plaintiff No:1,3 and 4 from current month of June 2026. Defendant is further directed to make such payment by 10th of every calendar month before this court onwards pending decision in the main suit. The above observations have no any effect on final decision of main suit and will be applicable till disposal of main suit.Suit is adjourned to 3.8.2026 for compliance and filling of ws. Court is lying vacant. |
