Today matter is fixed for service upon defendant No.1 to 5. Suit called. Plaintiff and his junior counsel are present and filed statement along with court fee of Rs.3,000/-, copy of TCS and delivery receipt of defendant No.5. Order on it. Notice/summon against defendant No.1 to 4 was issued through bailiff of this Court same returned duly served upon them but none is present from defendant No.1 to 4. P.O is on casual leave.
