The P.O has been transferred. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Saifullah Awan on behalf of applicant/accused Gul Hassan @ Gudu son of Rahmat Ali Gorgej, for the offence under section 337-Aiii, Fii, Fi, 34 PPC, arising out of Crime No.15/2025 of PS Gaibidero. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 10.01.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety which is provisionally accepted by this court. Notice to DPP for the State, complainant & call for police papers. |
