Case called. Accused Ghulam Hussain is present on bail. Mr. Muhammad Sachal Awan learned advocate for accused Ghulam Hussain is present. Learned ADPP for the state is present. This case has been remanded back from the Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court, Hyderabad for the limited purpose of re-recording of evidence of PWs. Doctor Mukhtiar and Complainant Daim. Such evidence shall be recorded in presence of the defense counsel(s) and shall include the evidence in chief and the cross examination and re-examination, (if any). Thereafter the trial Court shall record 342 Cr.P.C statement of appellant Ghulam Hussain and after hearing the arguments of the parties shall re-write the judgment. This exercise shall be completed within a period of three (03) months of the date of this order. The SHO P.S A-Section Dadu submitted death report in respect of complainant Daim Khan Birhmani through SIP Qurban Ali Gopang. Statement of SIP Qurban Ali Gopang has been recorded at Ex. No.33.
