Case called. Learned counsels for the both parties were present. Heard learned counsel on advocate to be heard on application for grant the maintenance for minor from Bait-ul-Mal r/w sec. 151-CPC while learned counsel for defendant filed statement that defendant is ready to deposit to maintenance amount of minor. Order passed on it, beside today matter was fixed for order on application u/s. 17-B. Order on application u/s. 17-B passed on separate sheet. Instant application is hereby inclined to strike off the defense of the defendant and decree the suit forthwith to the extent of maintenance of minor only. Defendant is directed to pay maintenance of minor at the rate of Rs. 20,000/- from the date of date of institution of this suit i.e. 25.10.2024 till to date and from October, 2025 and at the rate of Rs. 25,000/- per month for minor till her legal entitlement viz till marriage of minor or she rejoins her father with enhancement of 10% per anum. Decree to follow accordingly to the extent of maintenance of minor in above terms. Put off to. 16-10-2025 for evidence of plaintiff at. 11.30. a.m. |
