Case called. Accused Kamran is present on bail. Learned ADPP for the state and DC are appered. Copies of the documents i.e. statements, memos etc. have been duly supplied to the accused, which are taken on record at Exh.01. On the request of the accused, the statutory time for framing of charge is waived. Charge against the accused is accordingly framed at Exh.02, and his plea is recorded at Exh.02/A, wherein the accused pleads not guilty and claims to be tried. Matter put on 06.10.2026 for evidence. Issue summons to all PWs. |
