Order passed on seperate sheet. the Present Application stands allowed and the Custody of subject vehicle be handed over to the Applicant on furnishing solvent surety amounting Rs. 10000/- to effect that the said vehicle shall not be disposed of till further Orders and would be produced before the Court whenever required and incase of failure, letting the surety amount be forfeited in favor of Government of Sindh. |
