Case called. Accused M.Shoaib is present bail along with his learned counsel and filed statement, stating therein that he is on bail granted by Honourable XIIth ASJ, Central vide BA No.2075/2026. Copies of the documents i.e. statements, memos etc. have been duly supplied to the accused, which are taken on record at Exh.01. On the request of the accused, the statutory time for framing of charge is waived.
