Case Diary: Received R&Ps of Sessions case from the court of Honorable Sessions Judge Ghotki vide letter No.6723/2026 dated.07.8.2026 for disposal according to law. Case is fixed today. Accused Gulsher is produced in custody From District Jail Ghotki, While accused Qadir Bux @ Qadir s/o Muhammad Ramzan, 2.Murad s/o Soomar Khan, 3.Lutuf s/o Arz Muhammad all by caste Jagirani, Punhoon s/o Meer Muhammad Lolai and Allah dino s/o Karim Bux Chachar are absconding and declared as proclaimed offenders. The necessary documents supplied to present accused against receipt which is taken on record (Exh 4). Mr. Haseebullah Lakho is present and filed vakalatnama on behalf of accused Gulsher. Order on it, for framing the charge today, on behalf of present accused. Orders passed thereon. Charge framed (Exh 5). Plea of accused recorded (Exh 5/A). Issue summons to P.Ws. Call for case property. Put off to 13.8.2026 for charge. The present accused is directed to attend. |
