Accused Yaseen Abro is convicted under section 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C. for the offence under section 324-P.P.C and sentenced to suffer R.I. for Ten years and to pay the fine of Rs.50,000/- and in case of failure thereto he shall suffer further S.I. for three months more. Accused Abro is also convicted for offence u/s 337-A(iii) PPC and sentenced to suffer R.I.for three years and to pay daman of Rs.15,000/- to the injured Muhammad Ali and in case of failure thereto he shall suffer further S.I. for one month more. Accused Abro is also convicted for offence punishable U/S 337-H(ii) PPC and sentenced to suffer S.I. for three months and to pay the fine of Rs.5000/- (Rupees. Five Thousand) and in case of failure thereto he shall suffer further S.I. for one month more. Accused Yaseen is present on bail. He is taken into custody and remanded to Central Prison Larkana to serve out the sentenced awarded to him in accordance with law. His bail bond stand cancelled and surety is discharged. While accused Abdul Salam @ Bhutto and Bashir are hereby acquitted from the charge under section 265-H(i) Cr.P.C. both accused are present on bail their bail bond stand cancelled and surety stand discharged. The case property as detailed in the charge sheet viz 4 empties of 30 bore being valueless property be destroyed after expiry of an appeal period according to law.
