BA called. ADPP is present.Order passed and announced in open court. From the material evaluated tentatively, no ???reasonable grounds??? as contemplated in section 497 (2) Cr.P.C., are available to extend concession of bail. Under such exceptional circumstances, applicant/accused is unable to make out his case for post arrest bail as such the bail application is dismissed. Needless to mention that observations made herein above are tentative in nature and will not prejudice case of either side. I have gone through the case law submitted by learned advocate for applicant/accused but in my humble opinion same is not applicable to the circumstances of matter in hand. |
