B.A. Called. Advocate for the accused and DDPP for the state are present. Complainant is present and raised no objection on bail. Arguments heard on bail application from both the sides. Order announced in open court the bail of accused persons is granted in the sum of Rs.5,000/-each and PR bond in the like amount. Surety namely Zoyan Shirazi furnish surety on behalf of accused persons in shape of bank voucher of NBP City Court Branch Karachi. Order passed on it. On SA before me surety is accepted. Issue release order for accused persons. Case is already fixed on 13.02.2026, for final report. |
