Case called. Accused Hazoor Bux is present on bail. Accused Rafique is produced in custody by Superintendent C.P Hyderabad, while remaining accused Faisal has already been declared as P.Os. DPP for the state is present. Mr. Peeral Majeedano advocate for Rafique and Mr. Kamran Bashir advocate for accused Hazoor Bux are present. Statements under section 342 Cr.P.C of present accused are recorded as Ex. 19 and Ex. 20. Heard arguments. Judgment passed and announced in open court as Ex. 21. Accused Hazoor Bux and Rafique are acquitted under section 265 H (i) Cr.P.C. Accused Hazoor Bux is present on bail, his bail bond stand cancelled and surety is discharged. Accused Rafique is produced in custody and remanded back with directions to release him forthwith if he is not required in any other case. The case of absconder accused Faisal kept on dormant file till his arrest or voluntarily appeared before this Court. |
