Shabnam, aged about 19 years minor daughters Rehana, aged about 14 years and Farzana, aged about 10 years as well as minor son Dilber Ali, aged about 16 years and Ashique Ali, aged about 12 years in terms of section 491 Cr.P.C, from the alleged improper custody of her husband Ghulam Yaseen and his brothers. The alleged detenues appeared and stated to go with their mother applicant Mst. Shahnaz, to which their uncles Ghulam Mustafa and Ghulam Murtaza and grand father Haji Chandan Mahar extended no objection. Respondent Ghulam Yasen has been called absent despite notice. Heard.
