Judgement passed and announced in open Court at Ex.12 that accused Naveed Ahmed Mirani and Aamir Ali Malik are acquitted u/s 265 H(i) Cr.PC. They are produced in custody through video link, such acquittal intimation be issued immediately with direction to jail authorities to release the accused from custody forthwith in this case only and if they are not required in any other case. Case against absconding accused be kept on dormant file till their arrest or surrender before the Court. |
