The marriage of underage between the spouses is an offense punishable under Sindh Child Marriage Restraint Act 2013,therefore till determination of her age, it is better to keep her in safe house and no parties be allowed to meet her or influence her . SHO Tando Adam city is directed to conduct her ossification test from Medical Superintendent Service Hospital Hyderabad and then again produce her before this court along with such ossification report for disposal of instant application in accordance with law.
