Accused Ali Hyder S/O Peeran Dino @ Peerano Shar is convicted under Section 265-H(2) Cr.PC and is sentenced as under:- i) For offence under Section 302 (b) PPC, for committing Qatl of deceased Mst. Ashraf Khatoon and Ali Raza to imprisonment for life as Tazir and to pay Rs.10,00,000/-( One Million rupees) to be paid to the legal heirs of the deceased Mst. Ashraf Khatoon and to pay Rs.10,00,000/-( One Million rupees) to be paid to the legal heirs of the deceased Ali Raza, as compensation under Section 544-A, Cr.P.C, and in default of payment or recovery thereof, he shall undergo simple imprisonment for six months more. ii) Accused is acquitted of charge of Section 311 PPC. Convict shall have the benefit of Section 382-B of Criminal Procedure Code for the period for which he has remained in jail. Convict is present in Court; he was brought from District Jail Ghotki, and is now remanded back to Jail along with conviction warrant to serve out the sentence awarded to him. A copy of this Judgment is supplied to convict free of cost. |
