Complainant appeared in the morning, however, presiding officer was busy is proceedings of the another matter. At about 10:30 am complainant who is Advocate by professional came outside of the court where accused Muhammad Afzal was present. Complainant started abusive language in front of the court and started maltreating the accused in front of the court. Complainant snatched stick of the accused and hit accused with the stick and also used abusive language in front of the court and during such fight complainant came inside and use abusive language against the accused. It is matter of the record that complainant and accused are real brothers and as per staff of the court complainant use abusive language against accused on each and every date of hearing. Let the matter be reported to the Honourable District and Sessions Judge, Karachi, to the president Karachi Bar Association, to the Chairman Sindh Bar Council. All other PW???s are called absent. There are two applications were pending before the court. One application from the complainant side under section 102,103 and 165 Cr PC. Arguments of the complainant and defence heard and now put up on 18.07.2026 for order. Another application is under section 249-A Cr. P.C. upon which complainant did not argue and stated that first application under section 102.103 and 165 Cr. P.C. be decided. Therefore, the matter is adjourned on 18.07.2026 for order on application under 102,103 and 165 Cr PC, as well as hearing on application under section 249-A Cr.
