File. Private opponent No.1 namely Muhammad Aslam Panhwar is present in person along with both minors. Heard. Admittedly the minors baby Alia and Abu Bakar are in custody of their father opponent Muhammad Aslam who is their natural guardian and as such it cannot be claimed that they are in illegal confinement of the opponent Muhammad Aslam, hence the application in hand merits no consideration therefore same stands disposed of with advise to the applicant to seek remedy for receiving custody of minors through Guardian court which is proper forum for deciding the betterment of the minors. |
