Judgment passed and announced in open court at ex-23 and convinced to hold that accused namely Hafizullah son of Yar Muhammad Jaffery, has committed Qatl-e-Amd of Abdullah. I, therefore, convict him under section 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C in proof of offence punishable under section 302 (b) PPC, which has been proved against him by the prosecution beyond the shadow of any reasonable doubt. I resultantly, sentence him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life. The benefit of section 382 (b) Cr.P.C is extended to the convict. The convict Hafizullah, is produced before court in custody from District Prison and Correctional Facility Shikarpur, through online video link.
