Defendant/Applicant is heard in person on the filling of Special power of attorney, Court made query from the defendant/applicant about filling of Special power of attorney on which the defendant/applicant replied that he is suffered from depression and rarely in the year he feels epilepsy. The questions put by the court to the defendant/applicant shows that the defendant/applicant is quit good in health. Furthermore, according to the defendant/applicant, he is attending the meetings with minors in the court and so also doing job in the local government.
