This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ghulam Rasool Shaikh advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Arshad Hussain son of Asghar Ali, 02-Kashif Ali son of Asghar Ali both by caste Hulio, in Crime No.62/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 504,506/2,148,149 PPC.
