Case called. Learned counsels for the both parties were present. Applicant is also present but respondent called absent he failed to produce his minors his counsel filed application for adjournment. Order passed on it. Allowed in view of strike. Learned counsel for applicant filed Six application (1) application u/s. 100-Cr.p.c (2) direction to the FIA for issuance of Red warrants against the respondent (3) application u/s. 100-Cr.p.c (2) direction to the FIA to submit the travel history report of the respondent and the minors (4) application u/s. 100-Cr.p.c (2) direction to the Ministry of interior seeking placement of the names of the respondent and the minors on the exit control list (ECL) (5) Application to the ministry of interior for the suspension of CNIC and Passport of the respondent & (6) application u/s. 3 of the contempt of court ord, 2003 r/w sec. 16 of the G&W. Learned counsel for applicant prayed verbally to issue issue PO of minors contending that respondent has been directed to produce minors vide diary but has failed to produce them. Learned counsel for respondent makred appearance and relayed that minors are not residing within the jurisdiction of this court and prayed for few days time to assist the court on the case in hand contending that he had just received copies of case in hand. In view of the above, respondent side is hereby directed to produced minors on next date of hearing failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
