The R&Ps of instant matter received by way transfer from the Hon???ble High Court of Sindh at Karachi due enhancement and revising pecuniary limits of jurisdiction of Sr. Civil Judges vide notification No.Gaz/XVI-A-127 Dated 01st March 2025. Case called. None present on behalf of plaintiff. Learned counsel for defendant Nos.1 & 2 is present and stated that another case between the similar parties also pending before this Court and requested to fixed the date on same day i.e. 04-10-2025. While rest of defendants are absent. In the interest of justice matter is adj. to 04-10-2025 for examination of parties/settlement of issues. Both parties are at liberty to file their proposed issues. Concerned clerk is directed to issue court motion notice to the plaintiff and remaining defendants except defendant no.1 & 2 as well as their counsels through all ordinary modes. Plaintiff is strictly directed to appear before the Court a/w all related original documents as well as all witnesses; in case of failure Court will proceed the matter as per available record. |
