Application 7 rule 11 CPC called. The plaintiffs called present along with their counsel. The attorney of defendant No.01 called present along with her counsel. The defendant No. 2 served but called absent and A.D already is received. In view of the above, the suit of the plaintiffs is liable to be dismissed for default on account of non-compliance with the order dated 10.02.2026. Accordingly, the plaint is hereby rejected under Order VII Rule 11 (c) CPC. It is necessary to mention here that all pending miscellaneous/interlocutory applications stand disposed of being anfractuous. There is no order to costs. |
