Case called. Accused Shabaz Shah and Shafan Mangahar are produced in custody from Sub Jail Mehar, ADPP is present. Charge framed against the both accused at Ex:2, plea of accused is recorded at Ex:2/A and 2/B, wherein accused pleaded their guilt voluntarily and filed such joint application accused at Ex:3, order passed show cause notice issued to both accused at Ex:4, reply of show cause notice received from both accused at Ex:5. Order passed, the accused are convicted u/s: 243 Cr.P.C and sentence undergone. Both accused remanded to judicial Lockup Mehar alongwith conviction warrant for compliance. |
