This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hullio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Abdul Ghani son of Abdul Haleem, 02-Ahmed Raza, 03-Ali Raza both son sof Abdul Ghani all by caste Lodro, in Crime No.41/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence U/S 337-Ai,452,506/2,504,148,149 PPC. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to .03.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have not furnished the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
