Mr. Muhammad Siddique Bangwar advocate appeared and filed his power on behalf of accused Wajid and Zulfiqar @ Bhutto. Order. Notice to DDPP, notice waived by DDPP and same application brought on record at Ex.15 that accused Wajid and Zulfiqar @ Bhutto are acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. Accused are produced in custody through video link, they are remanded back alongwith acquittal intimation, with direction to jail authority to release them forthwith in this case only and if they are not required to be detained in any other case. |
