Case called. Accused Ali Nawaz and Inayat are produced through video-link by jail authority viz. Central Prison, Hyderabad, while accused Sachal @ Sacho, Haneef and Manthar @ Karo are shown as absconders in challan sheet. Learned ADPP is present. Today case is fixed for Service. Process viz. NBW against the absconding accused persons has returned un-executed with statements of two notables. Statement of Process server/ASI Ghulam Akbar Shar is recorded as Exh.01. Order passed thereon. The above named accused are hereby declared as absconders. Proceedings against the absconders accused shall be initiated in accordance with section 87 & 88 Cr.P.C simultaneously.
