Plaintiff/DH is present along with her counsel Defendant present learned counsel Imdad Hussain filed the power on the behalf of JD Process show cause notice against returned served Heard. Court has directed the defendant/JD for compliance but he did not to comply by saying that he is poor , student as jobless and unable to pay the maintenance amount.
