This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Jameel Hussain Bhutto advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Deedar @ Deedar Hussain son of Bakhshal @ bakhshal Khan, 02-Farooque @ Ghulam Farooque, 03-Hubdar @ Hubdar Ali both son sof Deedar @ Deedar Hussain, 04-Naveed @ Sardar son of Abdul Wahab, 05-Asghar @ Ghulam Asghar son of Ghulam Haider, 06-Muhammad @ Muhammad Ayoub, 07-Ghulam Haider son of Mumtaz @ Mumtaz Ali all by caste Chandio, in Crime No.66/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 337-Ai,Fi,506/2,504,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 24.03.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
